To ADF Flooring Staff – Merry Christmas to All and a Happy and prosperous New Year. Wanted you to know that this year I am having Santa come to the kitchen door instead of his usual ‘down the chimney’ routine, because I want Santa to see our lovely kitchen floor installed by ADF Flooring. Santa will love this flooring so much, that he will leave notes in all the stocking hung by the chimney with care, to go to ADF Flooring in the New Year for the best product and service in the area. I will state this again. I love our kitchen floor!

I want to let you know that I was very happy with the work that was done by the two men that installed the stairway carpeting. It was very obvious that both men knew their jobs and where able to meet the challenge of cutting the carpet in a very tight space as well as working the carpet to fit nicely against the kitchen tile floor.

I was having an extremely hard time finding a single box of Bruce Laminate to complete a project. No one was willing to help me get just one box and when I did find the ability to do so, the shipping was three times the expense of the laminate. I contacted ADF in hopes of finding the laminate I needed and if memory serves me, I spoke to a woman named Beth. Beth worked quickly with me to make arrangements to have a single box of laminate shipped in from Bruce on your next large order to help me cut some of the shipping cost. In addition to offering this, the thing that impressed me the most was her customer service skills, attention to detail, and follow through. As a result of this extremely positive experience I have recommended ADF flooring to several friend and family members. Additionally I will purchase any future flooring products from your establishment. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience and satisfying my needs as a customer. I can’t say enough good about it.
